Availability

Berry Young's shipping policy is to send out all products we have in stock for each order. For any items that are currently out of stock, we then order from the respective suppliers. To receive these back-ordered items takes approximately 30 to 60 business days, at which point we ship the outstanding products. Berry Young reserves the right to refund any orders that are currently not available even though the website indicates that there are available stocks.

Shipping & Handling

Orders received before 2:00pm (PST) weekdays, will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm (PST) or on weekends will be shipped the second business day.

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to Canada and U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive. Please reference your estimated delivery date during checkout and post-purchase notifications for estimated delivery. We regret that we are not able to offer expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico on orders with restricted items.

Defective Items (Damaged or Wrong Items)

We only accept defective returns. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days from the day you receive the order. We may need your information (Order Number / Pictures of Opened Package / Pictures of Damaged / Wrong Items / Pictures of Damaged Parts).
